Khaled's worries weigh heavily on his shoulder. After his leg was amputed in a bombing injury, he was diagnosed with diabetes. Once he was able to secure part of his treatment costs through debts, his wife was diagnosed with stomach hernia and liver inflammation which doubled his debts. Khaled is also hosting his daughter's family after their house collapsed in Syria in the earthquake. Khaled stands helpless in front of his family's needs.
