Mohammed is a child who lost his dad and lives with his mother in Lebanon. He had a painful accident a long time ago resulting in a dislocation and fracture of the left shoulder. He already had a surgery to instal skewers in his shoulder, and unfortunately now he is in an urgent need to make a new surgery and remove these skewers. With the fact that he is an orphan and refugee, such an expensive operation is not affordable.
