Manal is a mother of four children who altogether live in a camp in very poor living conditions. Three years ago, mother Manal suffered from a severe pain in the back which left her incapable to walk completely. She tackled that situation with some exercises and painkillers; and today, she is in an urgent need of surgical intervention.
