Khalid is an old man in his 60s. He was injured in his chest and abdomen during a military air raid, and the necessary operations were carried out, but his movement is slow and painful. He is living alone in his house in Ghouta after his children had to flee the intensity of the bombing, and his wife's death. His children live under psychological stress because of their fear for their father, who has no one to depend on, cannot work, and desperately needs medication and food supplies.
