Maryam fled to Lebanon with her family in fear of the shelling of the city. There she got married and had three children. Recently, her husband abandoned her and the children, leaving her alone to suffer. She need to work to pay the rent and buy food for her children. Every day, the house owner threatens to evict her for not being able to pay the rent. If she does not pay the rent for the previous four months, she will be evicted with her children.
