Fatima and her sister are two women who have to deal with tough living conditions in a room where winter rains soak through, leaving lakes on the floor, damp walls, and uneven ground. They are in danger of being evicted since they have lost their parents and because the room rent is going to expire. Fatima requires medication and keeps making trips to the hospital due to her heart condition and foot ulcers. They are in serious need of help to improve their living conditions and pay for rent, medical bills, and necessities as their situation becomes so bad.
