Story
Mahmoud suffers from frequent asphyxiation attacks associated with the exit of foam from the mouth. After the attacks were repeated several times, Mahmoud was transferred to Turkey for diagnosis and treatment. The doctor there asked for a spray device and suggested to keep the child under surveillance. But today after the displacement of the family and the accumulation of living expenses, the family is no longer able to secure the device for Mahmoud ... Is it a breadwinner?
