Amonah is in her 5th decade, a refugee with previous multiple stroke episodes, complicated with brain damage and loss of many body functions. After receiving the news of her son death, she has become much worse, has lost the ability to talk and swallow. The family used to transfer her as an emergency case to hospitals but now with much worse life conditions as refugees and increased appointments, they need a wheelchair to help.
