Muneer is an infant with poor nutrition, he was mainly feeding with sugar and water because of the disastrous financial conditions of his family. Muneer needs a special milk formula to catch up the normal growth. Ahmad is also deprived from milk, his family is in need for money to cover the milk cost and home rent.
