A woman is unable to take a normal breath after she was diagnosed with heart ischemia and thoracic congestion. She was constantly short of breath and had pain in her chest with every inhalation, her symptoms became inherent after she suffered from ischemia. The woman needs a cardiac catheterization to feel better; but her poor living conditions are standing in the way.
