These two girls suffer from multiple health problems. They were born with atrophy and hypoxia in the brain, along with a rare skin disease that spreads throughout their emaciated bodies. They live in difficult living conditions inside a small tent that can barely accommodate the sixteen members of their family. Their suffering increases in light of the hardship of living and lack of income. Hassan, their father, is completely unable to support them and provide for their needs due to his advanced age and inability to work.
