Malak lives in a small one-room house that is poorly built and the mattresses are filled with moisture. Manal works for a very low wage that is not enough to feed her children and tries to support two families after losing her husband in 2012. Malak quit her studies because she does not have the means to afford it. The burden of supporting two families is heavy on Malak in light of the harsh conditions she lives in.
