Nasreen's family has struggled to secure a stable food supply since their displacement and her husband's terrible leg injury, which prevented him from working. As Syrian refugees, they experience assault and often go days without enough money to refuel the petrol tank, making food preparation hard. They also live with cracked walls and ceilings.
