Aunt Fatim is an elderly woman suffering from the aftermath of an old brain stroke that significantly impacted her overall health and mobility. Additionally, she experienced a fracture in her left leg near the hip, which was treated with internal fixation plates. However, she is now completely unable to walk, further increasing her suffering and need for constant care. She lives with her son and his family under extremely difficult living conditions. Despite her old age and deteriorating health, she takes care of her late son’s children, who have been left without a provider.
