Story
In a small room, Yahya sits by his window, watching life pass by without hearing its noise or taking part in its conversations. He was born unable to hear or speak, yet he learned to express himself through his eyes, his gestures, and his smile, which hides the exhaustion of the days behind it.
He lives with his wife, without a stable job, relying on small amounts of aid that barely cover their food. Today, he stands before his cold stove, gazing sorrowfully at the empty gas cylinder, knowing he will not be able to replace it. What pains him the most is his helplessness—the inability to ask for help with his voice, the inability to clearly explain his needs, as if his silence makes him invisible in this world.
Yahya and his wife do not ask for much, only the basics—just a gas cylinder to cook a warm meal. But will anyone hear their silent plea?
