Story
While everyone was running away from the earthquake, the building collapsed on the little girl, Badi'a, and her left eye was severely injured.
She had previously undergone surgery on her eyelid, but today she needs delicate and urgent surgery before she loses her sight completely. She feels daily pain in her head and blurriness in her eyes that worsens over time.
Her father works as a cement mixer, a very hard job, where we found his hands cracked and exhaustion clearly visible on him. Badi'a’s father told us:
'The day I don't work, there is no food for my children...'
A small amount of money stands between the little girl and her sight. Should we let her lose her eye and her future? Or should we be the reason for her healing?"
