Story
Since little Saleh was born a year and a half ago, his head has been growing larger day by day. The accumulation of spinal fluid has put pressure on his brain and delayed his speech and movement. His poor mother became afraid of each move he made, as it could be a new seizure of pain or vomiting. His father is working hard selling vegetables, which brings an income insufficient for the family's daily bread, rather than the price of an external device “shunt” that empties fluid and saves brain cells.
The mother's hand is trembling, waiting for a chance to have this machine that will save her kid before it's too late.
