Wisam, a young boy, is battling cancer in his nerves and bone marrow. He has been moved between hospitals and undergone three surgeries, but with no improvement. He lives with his family in a modest home. His mother volunteers for a small wage that barely covers the cost of bread, while his father remains constantly by his side in Turkish hospitals, unable to work.
