Iman and her husband, along with their five children, live in a small house and lead a simple life that does not meet their needs. The father works hard to provide for the family, but his limited income forces him to borrow money every month to cover their expenses. He is now under observation in the hospital, in need of special food, care, and urgent medical imaging that the family has been unable to afford.
