Story
Ahed’s family is living under extremely harsh humanitarian and financial conditions in Turkey, struggling to cover their overdue rent and daily needs with almost no income.
The father suffers from severe cervical disc disease and metal plates in his back, leaving him completely paralyzed. Their son, Ahmad, lost his hand during the Marash earthquake, and since then has been unable to find work due to his disability. Their daughter, Reem, is divorced and lives with her three children in the same small rented home.
Now, Ahed bears the weight of the entire family on her shoulders, the only provider, working long hours in a sewing workshop for a meager wage that barely sustains them. With eight people depending on her, the debts keep piling up, and the struggle deepens every day.
Today, Ahed and her family need a helping hand – someone to stand beside them in this time of hardship. Your support can lift their burden, help them pay their debts, and bring stability and dignity back into their lives.
