Abdullah, a father of three children, suffers from recurrent rectal cancer that has exhausted him and taken away his ability to work. His pain grows day by day, and his heart is filled with fear that he may no longer be able to see his children again. Abdullah still lives in a tent, unable to return to his village after his home was destroyed. Beside him is his elderly father, torn with pain as he watches his young son being devoured by illness, powerless to save him. Abdullah asks for nothing from life but a chance to heal — treatment that could restore his health so he can remain a support for his children, who have no one else.
