Since Mughair suffered from hemiplegia, everything in his life has changed; he is no longer able to move independently and now relies on others for every daily need. He urgently requires an electric wheelchair to help him regain mobility and ease his daily suffering, as well as physical therapy sessions that are unavailable in his area. Mughair lives with a large family of twelve in an old home lacking basic doors and windows, with worn-out furniture.
