Story
Aunt Hind, mother of four martyrs from Aleppo, has endured loss four times and still stands. After living in Antakya, she was forced to move to Kütahya to live with her daughter and her three children in a modest home burdened by poverty. One of the children is under eighteen, trying to balance school with intermittent work to help support the family. Her health has suffered as much as her heart; she struggles with high blood pressure and liver enlargement, requiring expensive medical care, plasma injections for her knee every six months, and eye surgery due to glaucoma and a corneal problem worsened by crying over her children. She now faces three necessary operations alongside an unbearable burden of daily living. Today, she and her family need a compassionate stand to ease the weight of life and heal some of this pain.
