Story
Uncle Mohammad suffers from several chronic illnesses: high blood pressure, diabetes, and high lipid levels, and he underwent a cardiac catheterization a year ago. Recently, he developed cataracts in both eyes, which has caused a severe decline in his vision and affected his ability to move and care for himself. He now needs two surgical operations to restore his sight. Uncle Mohammad lives with his wife and four children in a small house in the city of Al-Bab, under difficult living conditions and with a limited income that barely covers daily needs. His son tries to provide for the household, but the burdens are greater than he can bear, especially with the high cost of treatment. This exhausted family needs a helping hand to restore the light to this father’s eyes and ease the burden of illness and hardship.
