Story
Hiyam and her husband Mohammed returned to Ma’arat Al-Numan after a harsh displacement to find their home completely destroyed. They had no shelter except for a partially ruined house provided by neighbors. They tried to repair it with limited resources, but a strong storm brought more destruction. Today, they live under cracked ceilings and walls at risk of collapse, with large openings that expose them to cold and rain, making the house unsafe to live in.
The couple suffers from serious illnesses that have completely weakened their ability to work or earn a living. They have no provider and rely entirely on intermittent aid that barely covers their basic needs or medical requirements.
Old age weighed down by illness, and a house on the verge of collapse… Let’s support Hiyam and Mohammed, as your help could be their last source of safety.
