Story
Issam was a young man who worked and provided for his children until illness struck suddenly.
It began with seizures and ended in a harsh diagnosis: ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
Today, he is no longer able to move, nor to work, nor even to meet the needs of his children who once depended on him for everything.
He now lives with his family in his parents’ home, while the costs of daily living, transportation, treatment, and medication continue to pile up, along with debts that have become overwhelming.
Young children, a father trapped in his own body, and a family surviving on the kindness of relatives and generous hearts.
He was once the pillar of his home and today, he needs someone to hold up his life before the illness takes even more from him.
