Story
From one displacement to another, from one hardship to the next, Ramadan endures a childhood shaped by pain. He has been moved between hospitals time and again—between wards and intensive care—until the latest blow: a tumor in his chest that demands urgent treatment.
Ramadan lost his father in the Syria earthquake, and his mother now struggles alone, day and night, to provide even the most basic needs for him and the family. Yet the cost of his treatment is far beyond what she can bear.
Today, Ramadan faces his illness in fragile condition, waiting for a hand of compassion to reach him. Will we stand beside him and give him a chance at life?
