Between heart illness and debt, Uncle Abdul Hakim lives in deep hardship. After suffering from shortness of breath and severe fatigue, a cardiac catheterization revealed that he urgently needs heart surgery that could save his life. He returned from displacement to rebuild his home after it was destroyed, only to be burdened by debt. Now illness has caught up with him as well, leaving him unable to afford the cost of the operation.
