Story
Khadr has been living with rheumatoid disease for the past fourteen years, in addition to type 2 diabetes diagnosed four years ago. These conditions have resulted in persistent pain and an ongoing need for medical treatment and follow-up to maintain a stable health condition.
He currently lives with his family in a tent in Yazibagh camp under extremely difficult living conditions. Following his father’s death, he works as a driver with a limited income to support his family and sisters, yet his financial situation does not allow him to access his treatment on a regular basis.
His condition requires sustained support to secure his medications and alleviate his daily suffering.
