In a tent in the rural countryside of Idlib, the widowed Ibtisam has been fighting a fierce battle against breast cancer for the past eight years. She is the sole provider for her orphaned child and continues to work in agricultural labor every day to secure their basic needs, despite her body being weakened by exhausting hormonal treatment. Her survival now depends on access to medication doses that prevent the disease from worsening and spreading. However, she is unable to afford her treatment, leaving her trapped in a harsh choice between providing food for her child or paying for her essential medication.
