Zahra'a is 16 years old, she was born with a severe hearing deficiency in both ears. The percentages of hearing loss are 94% in the right ear and 92% in the left ear. The girl used medical hearing aids but since her family was displaced from Damascus to Turkey she repeated the diagnosis and changed the hearing aids. Unfortunately, the new ones are not convenient for her case and she has to change them again. Due to their poor conditions, her family is unable to offer the cost for their daughter while her life depends on the hearing aids. The girl asks your good hearts to offer the cost to retrieve her life.
