Gufran lives with her displaced family and relatives families in a small house in Afrin. They are more than 30 people in this house. The girl suffers from pulmonary bullae ( air-filled spaces in the lungs) that required thoracotomy (open chest surgery) but their poor financial conditions delayed that.
