Bushra,Zakria and Nour three little children who suffer from thalassemia ( which is an inherited blood disorder characterized by less hemoglobin and fewer red blood cells in body than normal.). These kids need blood transfusions every 15 days in addition to special nutrients. But due to living in the besieged areas in Syria, their parents can't afford to cover treatment and living expenses.
