A refugee mother of five, injured with Shrapnel damaging the eye totally, causing fractures in the right side of her face, damaging the Maxillary sinus and facial bones and causing fractures in her ribs, and Pulmonary contusion causing her Atelectasis. She is in need for a jaw, cheekbones and brow bones graft surgery, also placing a prosthetic eye and tracking the condition of her lung.
