Omar is a young child whose small body has been invaded by cancer. Doctors discovered cancerous masses in his lymph nodes; they have then done surgery to dissect them. After the surgery, they have transferred him to Turkey to do the necessary check-ups for the surgery's success. Unfortunately, cancer had spread more, and the recommendation is for him now to take chemotherapy. Omar's had to come to Turkey to take care of him. Their financial situation is terrible. They have no income. Their family in Syria is sending them the money that they already took as debts from others. The family has its financial difficulties before Omar's disease.
