Mrs. Halima is a refugee in Turkey. Her son was killed 4 years ago in Assad regimes detention celles. Now she lives with her son's family and they have no breadwinner or financial supporter. Mrs. Halima suffers from Rheumatism and Migraine and needs madicines to repair damaged bones, in addition to an electrical wheelchair.
