Mahmud -born in 2011- was displaced with his family from Saraqeb to Al-Bab. He has eye problems due to previous surgery. The stitches weren't removed and they may cause eye infections in case they still for a long time. He needs urgent eye surgery but his father can't afford its costs. A sum of money can solve his problem and relieve his suffering.
