Iman ( born in 2004) sought as refugees to Lebanon after they were displaced from Homs. The family of 8 lives in a poor room. Her elderly father is unable to work and she has to work to secure the family needs. Recently Iman has complained of severe knee pains and she needs fixation surgery of knees.
