Jana was born on 12/01/2011 in Lattakia. Her father was a detainee in the Assad regime's cells and was murdered in 2014 during a torture session. :( After this terrible event, Jana and her mother moved to Idlib to live with their relatives since Jana's mother can't afford their living expenses on her own. Despite everything you have already read, Jana is a very joyful child, also extremely smart and talented; this is how the volunteer who visited them describes her. She is in the first grade and she loves drawing and singing along with her favourite cartoons.
