Qutaiba was born on 9/7/1986 in the northern countryside of Aleppo. He is living with his wife and his daughter Haya and son Ahmad. On 25/8/2012 he was injured in his head which caused cerebral cell death which later resulted in a paraplegic. Then he became depressed and had a nervous breakdown since he was the father and the maintainer of his family and the supporter for his wife.
