Ahmed has suffered a war injury about five and a half years ago, which caused him severe damage in various parts of his body. His left hand is disabled and he can't feet it, and the right one was partly amputated. The injury also affected his lower limbs, pelvis and thigh. It led to perforations in the stomach as well. Ahmed is a young man and the head of his family, which lives in deprivation and poverty. Ahmed's injury made him bedridden and unable to work to secure their needs.
