Saleh and Abdel Qader are young men who experience many hardships in spite of their young age. They both suffer from pemphigus, which is taking a toll on their health and also on their psychological well-being. Their condition is burdening their family. Their father, Shareef, has heart disease and is very old and unable to work. The family has no income, lives in an uninhabitable home in the midst of dire conditions and they desperately need help.
