Mayas is an orphan girl. She was born in Aleppo on 02/18/2010. Her father died in 2011 in a car accident. He left behind him a family of a mother and two girls without a breadwinner. They live with there grandmother in Molham Orphanage in Azaz. Mayas is a quiet and shy child. Her hobbies are drawing and reading the Qur’an, and her ambition is to be an Arabic language teacher in order to teach the rest of the children who were left without knowledge as a result of the war in Syria.
