Wateen is an orphan from Gaza. Her family once lived a happy life, but during an attack by Israeli forces, they were forced to flee from northern Gaza to the south, enduring extremely harsh conditions. One day, her father went to get flour and was killed by an Israeli tank shell in front of their home. During another displacement, Wateen's mother gave birth to her second child amidst the chaos of tanks. The family now lives in a tent under indescribable humanitarian conditions, with no provider.
