Story
I am Zainab Zidan, I was born in 2013 in Muarrasat al-Chan. We fled the bombing by the army and Assad’s planes, moving from place to place—first to Idlib, then to Marea, Yazibagh, Shamarin, Turkey, and finally back to Marea, where we stayed for two years. After that, we moved to Azaz. My father is missing, and we later found out he’s imprisoned by the PKK. I have four sisters and two brothers, and my mother works as a sales representative to support us and our orphaned cousins.
After moving to Azaz, the Molham team helped move us and my cousins to the village about a year ago. I now study at Gaza School. I love reading, drawing, and fine arts, and I dream of becoming a doctor to help the poor, the displaced, and those in need.
