Derar and Khaldiya ( born in 2006) are thalassemic siblings. They had to be moved to Turkey to receive their treatment. To stay with them, their oldest brother left his job. They are now living with their aunt who has a child with cancer as well. The family struggles in these difficult conditions with no sponsor.
