Waddah, a child, has been diagnosed with cancer a year ago and there's a possibility that cancer can spread to the liver and the spleen if he doesn't start chemotherapy. Waddah needs to do some medical tests before he can start with the therapy but due to his family's financial situation, they are unable to afford the treatment or therapy costs.
