Sham is an innocent girl suffering from paralytic illus, which led to inability to defecate unless having a special medicine. An opening in her abdomen will be close when she undergo a surgery. Sham needs special diappers and colostomy bags that must be changed repeatedly because it would be infected. She also needs special equipment but unfortuently her family can't afford it
