Asaad lives with his two daughters in a tent, in very bad living conditions. He is sixty-one years old, works in construction, and receives little wages, barely enough to satisfy the hunger of his daughters. Asaad contracted an eye disease that led to the detachment of the retina. He needs an urgent retina transplantation surgery before he becomes blind, unable to work, or even to serve himself.
