Al-Muataz Billah suffers from cerebral palsy, neurasthenia and nerve damage in the feet. He lives with his parents and four siblings in an old, poor house. His father suffers from broken ribs as a result of an operation he had to remove pulmonary edema. This family is going through unbearable health and living conditions.
